H2O Seattle is a nonprofit that bridges the gap between shrinking public funding and growing community needs by coordinating cross-sector partnerships and data-driven interventions. We serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness, behavioral health challenges, community violence, and economic disconnection — working to ensure every pathway leads somewhere real.
Where We're Headed
A Seattle where no one navigates crisis alone — where homelessness is rare and brief, behavioral health support is accessible and destigmatized, community violence is prevented through investment rather than reaction, and economic disconnection is met with real pathways to stability. Our vision is a region where every individual and family has access to structured, accountable services that don't just manage symptoms but address root causes. Where collaboration replaces competition among service providers, where data guides decisions and proves impact, and where measurable outcomes are a standard, not an aspiration. We believe this future is not only possible but achievable when government, philanthropy, communities, and those with lived experience work together as true partners.
