H2O is a Seattle-based nonprofit organization formed to deliver structured stabilization services through cross-sector collaboration.

 

We partner with local government agencies, healthcare systems, corporate stakeholders, and community organizations to reduce fragmentation and improve measurable outcomes in:

  • Housing stabilization

  • Behavioral and mental health navigation

  • Violence prevention support

  • Workforce readiness and economic mobility
