Rage Room Emotional Release Therapy (Structured Regulation Program)

Unprocessed anger, stress, and trauma frequently contribute to violence escalation, self-harm, and behavioral health instability. H2O Seattle’s Rage Room Emotional Release Therapy Program provides a supervised, structured, and trauma-informed outlet for emotional discharge in a controlled setting.
This is not recreational entertainment.
It is a guided emotional regulation intervention.
