Rage Room Emotional Release Therapy

After a traumatic experience, many survivors experience mood swings, emotional bottling, and feelings of helplessness due to physical limitations, cognitive challenges, and life changes. The Rage Room offers an alternative form of emotional expression—allowing participants to break, smash, and dismantle pre-approved items while wearing protective gear, in a specially designed padded room.
