THRIVE is a holistic empowerment program designed to move individuals and families from crisis to stability through wraparound services, skills training, and community support. Participants receive personalized case management, employment coaching, financial literacy education, counseling, and life skills development to equip them for long-term success.

Programs

Houses of H.O.P.E. – Helping Others Pursue Excellence
Houses of H.O.P.E. is a 20-unit tiny homes village providing safe, dignified, and affordable transitional housing for individuals and families in need. Residents participate in a 12–18 month structured program that includes housing, supportive services, and career readiness training, with the goal of transitioning into stable, independent living.

Housing & Basic Needs

  • Private fully furnished tiny home unit (200–350 sq. ft.)

  • Utilities included (water, electricity, heating/cooling, Wi-Fi)

  • Laundry facilities on site

  • Secure gated entry & 24/7 security presence

  • Access to food pantry and community meals

  • Hygiene kits and personal care items upon entry

Group Therapy Session

Counseling & Wellness

  • On-site or partner-provided mental health counseling

  • Substance abuse recovery support groups and referrals

  • Family & marriage counseling sessions

  • Stress management & coping skills workshops

  • Health and nutrition classes

Supportive Friend

Case Management & Support

  • Individual Case Manager assigned to each resident/family

  • Personalized Action Plan with measurable housing, employment, and personal goals

  • Monthly progress reviews

  • Referrals to external agencies for specialized support (legal aid, medical care, substance abuse treatment)
